BARBA Engineers & Associates (BEA) , also known as BARBA Civil Engineering Services [DTI– registered], is an engineering & consultancy group based in Pangasinan Philippines. BEA was formed few years back and established officially in 2020.
The new Company is known for its remarkable engineering & consulting services locally and currently involved with international projects in several industries.
BEA started its engineering & consulting services locally in 2018. As the founder has been involved and worked with foreign funded projects (e.g with European Union & the World Bank) in the past, some organizations are interested to offer short-term/long term projects overseas that came up to an idea of forming the BEA group.
Moreover, with the founder’s proud experience in several industries, BEA’s vision is to provide quality services to its clients in engineering & consulting business.

Bernardo Barba Jr
BARBA Engineers & Associates (BEA) Head Consultant
Bernardo, a dynamic, ambitious and respected professional engineer. He manages and supervises all engineering businesses of BARBA Engineers & Associates. Bernardo is a licensed/registered Civil Engineer and a proud graduate of Mapua University. He has over thirty (30) years of experience as Professional Civil Structural Engineer in various EPC projects. He worked in infrastructures, oil & gas, industrial, power plants and marine projects.
Atty. Beryl Joyce Barba
Project Development Manager – Head Office (Philippines)
Beryl is a corporate lawyer in the real estate industry. She also practices civil and commercial law litigation involving property acquisitions and real estate development. She reviews contracts, prepares pleadings and filing cases in court. She is a graduate of Far Eastern University, Business Administration major in Legal Management, and a Juris Doctor of Law graduate at Far Eastern University, Makati. She acquired the Certification of Registered Business Professional in 2015.
Armichille Velarde-Barba
Accounting & Finance Manager – Business Office (Philippines)
Armichille or “Mitz” manages accounting & financial operations of BEA. She has an excellent relevant trainings in financial management with private and government sectors. She took Business and Accounting in University of Makati and currently very active in BEA business operations. She also helps BEA in Project Development issues. She handles all financial business operations of BEA and liaise with concerned authorities and clients.
Ali Barba
Principal Engineer/Consultant – Head Office
Ali is an electrical engineering professional with more than 15 years of vast field experience. He has been working in the UAE for the last 15 years and currently working as a Project Manager for several MEP and substation projects. He is BEA consultant in electrical engineering. He graduated Electrical Engineering at Far Eastern University (FEU).
Jessalyn Manalang–Barba
Principal Engineer/Consultant – Head Office (Philippines)
Jessalyn is a licensed/registered civil engineer & structures specialist for commercial & industrial buildings. She is also specializing in building fit-out projects. She has more than 15 years of experience and a bonafide member of Association of Structural Engineers of the Philippines (ASEP). She is a proud alumni of Technological University of the Philippines (TUP). She is one of the consultants for civil & structural engineering.
Bea Millen Barba
Civil Engineer—Planning & Scheduling Dept. – Head Office
Bea is a licensed/registered civil engineer, registered master plumber & a proud graduate of FEU- Institute of Technology. She has relevant training in specialized civil engineering works with Freyssinet International Manila Inc. (FIMI) She continues specializing in Structural Engineering. She currently handles planning /scheduling and prepares technical reports and project presentations for BEA operations.
John Bernard Barba–Gabriel
Civil Engineer—Project Cost Control Dept. – Head Office
John Bernard (JB) is a graduate of civil engineering from Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP). He has relevant experience in construction management from local companies. He continues specializing in construction management. He currently handles project cost control and also prepares technical reports & project presentations for BEA operations.
Jayson Barba
Electrical Engineer—Electrical Dept. – Head Office
Jayson is a graduate of electrical engineering from Urdaneta City University (UCU). He has relevant trainings in electrical design & installation from local companies. He has relevant trainings in HSE specifically focused in electrical works. He currently handles electrical engineering works under BEA consultants and also assists technical reports & project presentations for BEA operations.
